Took my Samsung s23 Ultra in to get the front and back replaced, via insurance. I was about to be changing providers and wanted to take advantage of the insurance I had been paying on for many years before doing so. The phone was fully functioning before I went in, just getting aesthetics fixed, and one minor pixilation issue. However, the day after I got it back, the service on my phone stopped working. I couldnt find anywhere that mentioned an outage of service, and I was in a location where I normally had full bars of 5G. About 5 hours later, it came back, and I didn't think much more about it. A couple weeks later, after making the change to a new provider, the service went out randomly, with others around on the same service being fine. Later, I decided to try some underwater footage because of how awesome this camera is. I have done this many times, with the phone completely submerged. This time, I just put it in enough for the lenses to be submerged. Unfortunately, it came back out with water in the lenses, and days later it is still in there.
So my once $1300 phone is now completly worthless. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the employees were kind.
Bottom line, don't take your phones here to...

I was not looking for them, but they have completely changed the character of my living room at night. I'm shocked. So I thought, let's see if they really do have batteries for "All our power needs". I took in my blood preasure cuff, a glucose monitor, and an oximitor. To my surprise they had it all. Nobody there is as cute as the girl in the commercial, but it is a very convenient way to find and buy oddball batteries, aswell as...
