Glow Games Family Fun Center — Attraction in Twin Falls

We walked in the establishment, and at first there was no one at the front desk to help for at least 3-5 minuets. When the cashier came up she just stood there and fiddled with a first aid kit, which I understand but when she was finished, she didn’t ask “how can I help you?” She just stood there staring at us and raised her eyebrows. We asked for laser tag and she bluntly stated the prices tk everything in a sassy tone. We got into the room to put on our vests, and Isabelle, the worker called my friend a “blondie” because she accidentally put it on wrong. She then proceeded to call my friends autistic brother “dumb” “ignorant” and said that all he says is “BS” because of how tall he is. This was totally unprofessional and as someone who works in customer service I can definitely say she was not doing her job. Ever since the name changed to Glo Games the arcade and gone to crap. The Lazer tag and golf are fine, but as for the arcade ..... GARBAGE. The poor manager couldn't keep up with all the problems. 12 out of 20 games out of order or not working properly. Games not calibrated correctly and giving 1-4 times if you get the coin in a slot that says 15 or 25. Games always low on tickets or empty. The options for prizes you have are pennies on a dollar. GARBAGE. I understand that you gotta make a lil money, but damn. Burley is a smaller town and their arcade is seriously way better. It's time for a better place to entertain my kids. Wow what a pleasant surprise this visit was for me today. Ive taken my kids here over the years and it was suboar at best. This time we were greeted well the arcade games poured out tickets. The laser tag was cheap enough to do regularly, which we will because mommas gotta show her 17 year old whose boss, shes beat me my whole life.
