This subway was not only dirty! The staff was slow and weird! I ordered 2 foot-longs and when we got down to the veggies they were frozen. Starting to slowly defrost. The guy behind the counter didn’t know how to prep the sandwich and obviously wasn’t listening because he started to make the wrong sandwich and another girl took over. When I told her to make sure she gives me fresh veggies because I don’t want frozen veggies in my sandwich all she kept saying was yes I understand! Then guess what? She gave me frozen veggies. Lol I also had to tell her what to do with my bacon. When you are ready to check out they ask you to tip but the service is not worth tipping. The sandwich was nasty! I threw it out. I couldn’t stomach it anymore. The communication is not acceptable and they are always in this side room no where to be found when you need something. Read moreI walked in not even being in there for 5 minutes I hear the general manager cussing… Then I asked for more toppings on my sandwich and the general manager looked at me and told me no as shaking her head at me! Then begins to tell me it was because of corporate and that’s why she said no to me ….. I am also a general manager that also works for corporate but she didn’t even give me the option to pay for more toppings on my sandwich and my sandwich didn’t really have anything on it. On top of that the store was nasty it was so bad the team member she had up on line helping make the sandwiches was also talking about I can’t wait to have a day off I just want to go home I don’t want to be here!!! I was so in shock I became speechless I didn’t even eat my sandwich. But the service I got was so bad as I am a paying customer and I’m normally not a person to do this and put reviews out there but this was not ok! Read moreWorst service I've ever had at any restaurant ever. Ordered 4 sandwiches online. Totalled over $40. ALL 4 SANDWICHES WERE WRONG. Manager only said that we have new employees and everyone makes mistakes... on all 4 sandwiches on one order... really.. offered to have them remade or refunded if I came back to the store and waste more of my time and gas. I told her I wanted them made correctly the first time. And she got VERY rude and unprofessional. I have the call recorded and I would love for corporate or franchisee to contact me. Ontop of that one of the workers had PENTAGRAMS.. TATOOED ON THEIR CHEEKS... This crew and management was completely useless and offered zero solutions beyond what she wanted to do.
