Handel's Homemade Ice Cream Twinsburg — Restaurant in Twinsburg

Just went by today 6/19/25 to pick up some ice cream for my mom. I was handed my pint of ice cream, and asked could I please have a spoon and a napkin, the young lady replied we always give a spoon and a napkin, and proceeded to slam the window in my face. I was very embarrassed as there are people standing beside me waiting for their orders also. I looked inside my bag and noticed there were no napkins and no spoon so I went back to the window and knocked and another girl came to the window and I informed her that I in fact did not have a spoon and napkins and asked if I could please have one. The young lady ‘smirked’ like it was a total joke And said “we are supposed to always put a spoon of napkin with our orders” She also had an attitude with me in which I told her. ‘This is the reason why I always ask before I walk away and have to come back for a spoon & napkin. Like the low rated comment before me; I received the same attitude and smirk from two girls working behind the counter and felt it was time to leave a negative review because this type of behavior is unacceptable and will eventually start hurting this business, I looked at her and said ‘this is the third time that I picked up an order and it didn’t have napkins nor spoons in it, and I just wanted to let you guys know.’ This particular 2nd Worker has curly hair and the first Worker was shorter than this young lady, There is no reason for the teenagers working at this establishment to behave in a manner that they are towards adults. And I’m sorry that I have to even leave a review of three stars but this is getting to be a consistent energy that I’m getting when I do come there and I feel it’s time now that people see my review. The ice cream is incredible! But I’m not gonna pay money to have a bunch of smart mouth, workers be disrespectful and slamming the sliding window at me when I’ve done nothing wrong. To make matters worse, the number that the management they left for the previous/recent negative review is NOT the Manager’s phone number. It’s my mother‘s home phone number; which makes sense why she gets a lot of calls from people wanting to talk with the...

To the employee taking our order tonight with the Grumpy Hat on... You didn't serve our family well. Infact you served unwarranted excuses that have never matched this locations standards. We came up to be served what we asked for. Unfortunately we were only served a wide variety of excuses that were untrue! My family and I have ordered countless times at this location and others with out the same responses. I'm extremely disappointed by the service we received this evening. This is the Most Horrible Ice Cream Parlor, We just stopped by to Try it Out. I don't care How Tasty your Treats Our, The Customer Service was Tasteless. There was a Manager there, Who Refused to speak with Us when We wanted to Discuss the Situation. And There is More than 1 location they are spaced about 20 miles apart, I would walk from Twinsburg just to Avoid this Branch, This specific Store needs a management make over.
