Subway — Restaurant in Twinsburg

Went to Sybway today to order a footlong. Walked in the door the girl behind the counter greeted me with good morning, it was around 10:45 an. Proceeded to order my sandwich 🥪cheese, and hold on the lettuce is brown... Asked if I could have fresh lettuce, the girl behind the counter said this is fresh I put it out yesterday. I said certainly you have more lettuce that is fresh, she began to give me attitude a d refused to give fresh lettuce. O e she began raising her voice at me I said to myself, let's go.to.Jersey Mike's where I know the ingredients will be fresh without attitude. No more Subway for me. I am now a loyal Jersey Mike's customer. Subway your new menu will not win me back ever I'm done with the brown lettuce and the pre cooked and pre sliced...

This is my usual go to Subway on my way to work. I like it because it's rarely busy when I go through, it's clean and the associates are nice and courteous. There is a younger man that works there who is phenomenal. Last Thursday was my first issue ever. There were 2 associates working which is unusual for when I stop. They were too busy talking with each other than making sure my sandwich was made and wrapped for travel. I get to work and at lunch I open the bag and the sandwich is halfway unwrapped and when I opened it it looked like the picture below. I had to reassemble my sandwich before I could eat it. Will never again go to this restaurant. I would be ashamed to be the manager or owner of this particular establishment. In the past they have closed an hour or so before their listed schedule. In fact, I have had workers come out at tell me "Sorry we are closing". Well Today, they shut down at 3 PM and posted a sorry we are closed sign. Seem the workers just shut down whenever they feel like it, with little regard to the customers who drive there willing...
