I use to enjoy going to this store. They had a great staff, great selection of retro games, and fair pricing. But after a recent visit i can see times have definitely changed. I brought in a pile of blu ray movies some ps5 games and a couple of funko pops. Instead of searching for what the blu rays were individually the team member took the lazy way and just bulk priced it. And the games were brand new. 60 bucks in cash value was my offer. I had to check the name of the store wasn't gamestop because I thought I was at gamestop. After that and see how they deal with trades. I also notice the retro games they had on shelf were all in disgusting cases. Like there was a case that looked like someone sneezed on it and wanted 40 bucks for it. This store needs to reconfigure their approach. If I wanted to be scammed I would of went to Gamestop. If I wanted to be treated like crap and buy questionable disgusting cases on games I would of went to the Exchange....

Love love love this chain of stores. Finally made it to this location, and they delivered on the promise of their other stores.

In this instance, I discovered that the battery in my New 3DS XL was swelling into a little pillow of doom. Most other stores would have you ordering one and waiting. This place has these batteries in stock, and many other basic DIY repair parts and tools.

They even took the old swollen battery off my hands for me, so I don’t have to keep it sitting in some drawer. Thanks y’all.

That doesn’t even begin to cover their bread and butter, a great selection of used games, consoles, audio, television, etc. at fair prices. Plus new modern games too.

Went in to sell my old electronics. I was offered $3 for a 400 disc player and $2 for the other 4 pieces of equipment.
