Master Pizza — Restaurant in Twinsburg

I had the 2 Huge slices and soft drink for $5.00 lunch deal. Before I say anything further , I will state that I got this deal just a few minutes before 2PM . That's of course when the lunch deal ends. So the two medium sized slices had been sitting a bit. So fresh slices they weren't and I will have to go again and try some new , right out of the oven slices. Was it worth the $5, well you've got Sheetz right up the street and they do have their half meatball sub for $2.59 . You also have Arby's 2 to 5 PM $1.00 menu deals locally too. You also have Speedway Pizza buy one get one free Bogo pizza right now.Can you compare the two different pizza's fairly in taste ? Well not really , for Master's sauce in much better , and Master's dough , although it did seem like it was a shell dough , was much better. I really can't comment much more about the dough as mentioned above. So if better cost can be found elsewhere , why the 4 stars ? Simple, great people working inside. I mean top notch. The one guy kinda reminds you of the new " Drop the Mic " Verzion guy. Super friendly. The other guy in the back kept busy , but waved a friendly hello though. The inside of this Twinsburg Master's Pizza shop was spotless. This location has been open for a couple of years or more now , and it honestly looks brand new. The windows were streak free and I didn't have to get that hard and hot all day glare from the sun. The music was good and sounded that way too. This is a thought, but if this Twinsburg Master's offered a lunch deal that consisted of chicken , for there isn't any KFC's in Twinsburg , extended its lunch deal too 3PM to cut into Arby's 2 to 5 , I think this location would have a winner on it's hand. A simple pick up or delivered, also a eat in, $5 dollar deal , that had a piece of chicken , a coleslaw like salad , and Joj Jo's ; then Master's would be my preferred place to park my self and enjoy good atmosphere and a tasty deal. I will return for sure regardless if they do or don't. My preference is that they do. Think of Amazon , FedX , Pepsi and all of those other newly , and going to be built warehouses on Highland & Aurora Roads . If you had the chicken deal and they knew about it, you would have to hire more people , for you would become so busy. Cater to them, then you'll win the hearts of the others. Normally don't complain I know for sure no one on here has seen it. Master pizza in twinsburg flat out robbed us. We've accumulated perks threw their online ordering and have had an issue every time we've ordered online but they have been understanding. We've gotten double orders, we've gotten wrong pizzas, wrong sizes whatever. Their staff has always been understanding of how bad their computer system has been. Tonight their manager Andy decided to give a perfectly calm customer complaint a rude attitude after they sent a 6 slice pizza to a us for 22 dollars. Obviously something is wrong a 6 slice does not cost 22 dollars and with online perks should definitely be less. They were rude to my fiance and hung up on her and when I called gave me the same condescending attitude and refused to correct the issue. Definitely said some things I don't regret considering the circumstances but I'll never order from their again if their going to handle things that way. Master pizza twinsburg isn't worth all of...

I had been meaning to try their Pizza for months. I finally got around to it, and ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza from the App.

I walk in and before I know it, I’m being handed coupons, a menu, and a helpful walkthrough of which Pizzas I should try next. True. Customer. Service. If I could give 10 stars on this, I would.

The pizza is out of this WORLD. Worth every penny. I was talking to a friend later about it, and even they said, “You’ve never had Master Pizza!?” I was beginning to see why.

I can’t wait to return here. I’ve been waiting a long time to encounter a place like this, one that I know will never leave you in disappointment.
