Driving by the shop today, I remembered that my Galaxy A12 microphone had recently puked out. I had a few minutes so I stopped in to see what they would charge to repair it. Within 20 minutes, I was walking out with a working phone. They had the board in stock and replaced it quickly, as I watched. No sneaking off to a mystical back room lab. No "leave it and come back tomorrow." The guys were working on devices right there at the counter, chatting, laughing and giving out advice and tips. They weren't snobby, better-than-thou tech geeks like I've encountered elsewhere. They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They even offered to coach me through replacing the board myself, which i considered. But their quote was really reasonable. Overall, the whole experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend Digital Twinsburg. I had an issue with my S10+ recycle booting nonstop, and wouldn't get to the home screen. Brian helped me out for over 3 hours. He wasn't able to get it fixed, but that wasn't for lack of effort. I love that he works on it right in front of you and explains what he is trying as he works. This guy knows his stuff... alas, I had to give up and bought a refurbished S23 from him, but he's not giving up on it. He's still attempting to pulls my files off as I type this so that I don't lose all my pictures, contacts, etc...

I would recommend this place to anyone. Most places would prefer to take the phone in the back while you wait. Brian was very personable, and offers discounts as much as he can. Even saw an old lady come in for help on a monitor. He helped with no charge even though she was insisting. Great...
