Giant Eagle Supermarket — Local services in Twinsburg

Place is a sham of a grocery store. I only stop there when other places are closed or it's something extremely simple. Like bread and milk... How could you need that up right? Wrong! Stopped in on a Monday evening in the middle of August the bread shelf was barren looked like the Apocalypse had hit all they had was the 5 dollar loafs of fancy bread. So I run over to the milk I just need a half gallon of 2 or 1% I don't care what brand..... Nothing at all.... I am dumbfounded. This place should be shut down. They should be ashamed to call it a grocery store. Shelves are clearly never stocked, meat and produce are garbage. I won't be back. Ever. I'd rather drive to the market district in Solon and over pay then...

Where does the money go that we pay for all the overly priced groceries that they sell here? Not to employees that's for sure. I just went in at 3:30 to pick up a Western Union and the office was dark even though the sign said the office is open until 8 pm. I had to walk several registers down to finally find someone who works there. Eventually I found the girl from the office helping with checkout and the lines were still half way through the store. She had no idea when she would have time to open the office back up. I'd love to never go in that store again and wouldn't if I still didn't need to get my Western Union. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time. Please hire more people. The service here...

The customer service at the Twinsburg location is subpar at best. I questioned a clerk about a policy and then she said “why are you giving me a hard time”....I’m sorry I was just looking for clarity. Upset I asked for the manager, Ron, who stopped me before I even got a few words out and said, “she already explained it to me, I don’t need your take on it”. WOW ridiculous. This is how they talk to their customers. Ron talked to me in a condescending and sarcastic way and never answered any of my questions.
