Subway — Restaurant in Two Rivers

Subways tend to be hit-or-miss for me, but I really love this one. In Two Rivers, nearly everything is within walking distance, and this Subway tends to be a popular destination for us.

the wraps are fantastic; though the sandwiches are definitely tasty, I am a total wrap-convert. the staff do an excellent job making them, and they don't short-change customers on ingredients. I'm always very satisfied with my order, both in terms of food quality & having eaten enough. (At McDo, it seems like you can eat & eat without feeling full, like you've morphed into a human trash bin; here, you don't experience that.)

they offer a wide variety, even including pizzas - which are surprisingly delicious and filling. the soups are yummy (especially the broccoli cheese, which I wish they'd carry all the time!), and the raspberry cheesecake cookies in particular are the perfect end to a meal (...& I hate raspberry).

the manager, Missie, is one of the sweetest people I know, & there are a lot of friendly & skilled workers on staff. the food is fresh, and the place is clean. of all the Subways in the area, this and the one by the Manitowoc Menards are the only two worth visiting - & I'm sure you'll...

I understand that people make mistakes sometimes. Usually I wouldn't say anything but this is ridiculous. I spend $30-45 each order, AT LEAST once a week on subs for my teenagers from here. Half of the time there's something wrong with the order. Usually it's that I pay for double protein and definitely don't get that, extras I order and am charged for are missing from at least one sandwich. (Mozzarella, avocado, bacon, cookies, etc.) This last time was the worst. They made the sandwiches mixed up. The ham one had the beef, they both had a lot of mayo when one was supposed to have light mayo. Toppings were the same on both and just completely insane. The bread was soaking wet and the paper was torn. Everything was falling apart. It's like a toddler made the sandwiches. I stopped ordering from here for a year in the past and I'm not going to be ordering from here ever again. I just started ordering regularly again this past year. The location doesn't deserve loyalty, especially when they are the only ones in the area that convieniently don't participate in the online specials. Do not do fast food in this town at all. The first time they gave me a kids sub when I ordered a regular sub. I had to drive all the way back for the correct one. Then a couple nights ago I tried ordering online and it said they were out of bread. I called and asked if they were actually out of bread and was told they had some in the oven. I asked if that meant that if I came in they would have bread and was told YES. When I got there they said they had no bread and the bread they had just made was for the next day so couldn’t make me a sandwich. I was obviously very annoyed because I specifically asked them on the phone if when I came they would have bread! Today I went in and thankfully they had bread. I stood in line. Had 3 subs made. Then went to pay and was told they couldn’t accept $50 bills. News to me. All I had was a $50. I was told I could go cash it and come back.
