My husband and I came to enjoy the view of the water. This was our first visit here. The waitress seemed to be in a rush to get us out of there. Our food came before we even finished our appetizers. She asked if I needed a box when I was only 1/2 done eating my dinner. I needed to use the restroom so I told her yes I would need a box. She knew I was getting up to use the restroom. I was expecting to come back to an empty box for when I was finished eating. Most places just have the customer put leftovers in the box themselves when they are finished eating. Instead I found all my food in the box with my plate and silverware gone! She had asked my husband if he wanted dessert while I was gone and he said no. She didn't even wait to ask me if I wanted anything else and just plopped down the bill and left. I had to flag her down to even get the tartar sauce I was not allowed to finish. She never asked if we wanted another drink or even if we wanted more water. After one bite asked if food was ok and that was it. The shrimp was good but the fish was very bland without much flavor. She never asked about the food again, just came back to ask if I needed a box. We wanted to sit and talk and enjoy the view but felt completely rushed to leave the table. It wasn't even that busy yet so its not like they "needed" the table. My husband felt bad he didn't stop her from packing up my food before he knew if I was truly done or not. It really put a damper on our evening. He left only a $5 tip and was not happy. Neither was I. I left still hungry but with no way...

We stopped here on Saturday morning around 930am to grab breakfast on the way to Algoma to visit my mom. When we walked up to the hostess and the two teens were complaining about how many people they had we should of known service was going to be awful. We were then seated at a great table by the windows. We proceeded to sit here for almost 15 minutes before I finally asked a server if anyone was able to help us. The server was rude and said well once I move these other people who have been here way before you, then I will get you help. The waitress who did come over was very apologetic and stated she never works weekends. She ended up being awesome and received the 25% tip we gave her. Once we got our food his biscuits and gravy were cold, his eggs were hardly warm and my omelette was the size of a piece of toast. The food and the staff was so subpar I would never set foot in that building again. The young male who was bussing the tables was very attentive and fast along with our server other then that, your staff needs attention badly along with the level of food we received. I never write reviews but we are both in the service industry both Porsche and Mercedes and if our clients were treated how we were along with the subpar food and staff we would never...

party of three. We ordered coffee which came 20 minutes after ordering. also ordered an appetizer, a sandwich to split and a breakfast. We waited and waited and waited for appetizer which should always be served first. After 45 minutes the server plops down the breakfast, sandwich and the appetizer all at the same time. The chips looked as if they had been rewarmed in the deep fryer as they were very dark and tasted burnt, the queso dip was cold. A couple at a nearby table that came in 30 minutes after us ordered the same appetizer as we did and they got theirs within10 minutes of ordering and the chips looked amazing. Our server never came back to table other than to drop check off and run. As we went to the register to pay there were 4 people at check out station cashing in tips and we had to wait for them before hostess took our money. When asked how everything was I said mediocre at best to which I got no response, such as oh what was the problem. Will probably not come back do to lack of caring about...

Went here on a whim because I hear the views were great. I had Kathy as a waiter and she was the rudest old lady server I have ever had in my entire life. I felt like she was rushing me out the door before I had even gotten my food. She was very snobby and not a good waitress at all. She was so bad that I almost got up and left. I ordered eggs benedict and it was simply "ok". It needs something more flavor like smoked paprika, or green onions as garnish. I got a stone, like an actual small stone in my hash browns. The dining hall area was pretty nasty. The windows had cob webs and dust on the sills like they haven't been cleaned in months. The views were beautiful but the windows were nasty and cruddy like they do not get cleaned regularly. Its quite a shame that they have such an incredible view and server less then mediocre food and have such a HORRIBLE waiter working for them. Make better food, fire this awful lady, and clean and update your dining hall and this COULD be an amazing local spot with so much potential!

An absolute GEM of an establishment. I just moved here to Two Rivers and this is by far my favorite place to go. I've been here three times already for three different occasions; breakfast, dinner and to enjoy a beer at the bar. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced, highly recommend the sunrise burrito. Delicious on all accounts. The haddock dinner I had was great too. I absolutely love the bar, and I don't even drink all that much. The views of the lake are so relaxing even in the winter time, and the vibes here are so chill and calm. It's just a tranquilizing, peaceful, relaxing time here at Waters Edge. I love how the decor is old and nautical themed. It's like walking back in time. The bartenders and servers are amazing too, especially Mary I think her name was. I can't wait to continue to visit here! Don't even get me started on the views, you won't find anything else like this anywhere in Wisconsin except here!

The service felt like it was a little slow. The waitress didn't arrive until about 10-15 minutes until after we arrived. Although they were short staffed, Hannah's bubbly personality protruded through and earnestness made for a better experience. Warm bread with herbs was good, however it wasn't crispy by any means, it felt like it was heated up in the microwave Salmon cakes were good and the lemon and dill sauce really brought out the flavor. The Malibu coconut shrimp was a little on the sweet side. Short Rib melt was flavorful, ended up getting some caramelized onions on the side in addition to the onion jam, however that was a mistake on my part. It raised the amount of grease in the food. Homemade baked alaska dessert was pretty good, and the presentation was amazing. When paired with the scenery outside the window it looked great. Overall I'd say 4/5 stars.
