Placed an online order today at 3:52pm and went to the store to pick it up. I arrived around 410pm and they were busy. I asked about my order and the lady said they had no order for me, I said I placed it online so she went to check on it then came back and said it wasn’t ready. I understood it was busy so I said ok and took a seat. I waited and waited and waited and it was almost 440 so I asked about it again and she said they were being worked on. After 10 min she called my name and they were all flat tops. The bomb pop sno didn’t even have the bomb pomp which that’s the only reason my son wanted it. I asked why they were all flat and why it didn’t have the bomb pop. The young lady asked whoever was making the snos and then came back to tell me that they were busy and that all online orders are flat , which is a LIE because I order online all the time and have never had an issue. Also, if it was busy, then why did everyone in the store get theirs with the top and not flat? It was stupid. Everyone that got there while I was waiting for my order got their order...

I wish the ratings didn't stop at 5 stars because I would give this place all the stars in the sky if I could. I've never had a better snow cone in my entire life, and after only one visit, I purchased a T-Shirt to rep my love for this place. With all the different flavors available, plus toppings, there are quite literally millions of different combos you can make, all of which sound delicious and I will be returning to try everything I can. Bomb Pop sno?? Looks and sounds delightful, cotton candy??? Amazeballs. I tried one sample cup of super sour blue raspberry and I was instantly in love and knew I'd be coming back. This is some soft and silky ice, people! Not that hard crunchy stuff that doesn't catch the syrup, and pools in the bottom of your cup. I talking delectable taste on a soft bed of snow, probably taken from the peak of Everest with how amazing it was. I love Bahama Bucks and can't wait...

Very slow October day for Bahama Bucks, usually when I go during the summer months there’s a long line. Today I was second in line. Made my order, large jungle berry w/cream, no top. Paid young lady at drive-thru window. Sat at drive thru probably 15 minutes (not exaggerating!) and watched a young lady having an in depth conversation with person making Snow-cones wiping excess juice from cup of two snow-cones still in conversation. Two snow- cones in 15 minutes. Needless to say I decided to leave, I didn’t have another 15 minutes to waist. I just paid $7 to watch an in-depth conversation, just wish I knew what they were talking about. Well, I guess I didn’t need that snow-cone anyway. If you have all the time in the world, go grab a snow-cone from Bahama Bucks, just ask them to at least leave the window open so you don’t miss out on any good financial advice or...
