Dunkin'

If you want to go somewhere for decent breakfast items, amazing varieties of coffee hot or cold, and drinks at reasonable prices with friendly employees and hard workers, come to this Dunkin on 323! All the workers and employees are fantastic. However, there is two that I've noticed that catch my eye the most. There is a fantastic employee named Dalton who is very friendly, and very polite towards customers especially in the drive thru.

The inside of Dunkin is very clean and spotless, there is never any trash in site. The breakfast foods, coffees, and varieties of drinks always draw me back to Dunkin' Donuts. I have loved Dunkin' since I was a child, and remember when it was just Donuts and Coffee. To this day, their donuts and coffee still taste the exact same.

I will definitely be ordering again from Dunkin', but I want the order to be from Dalton. If you want a cook/employee who actually makes your food absolutely delicious and cooked the way you want, come to Dunkin!

Also, if you want a respectful, polite and kind District Manager to talk to about your complaints or anything that bothers you about the employees, the food, etc. Speak to Lianna. I have never witnessed such a friendly professional face until I saw her effectively take care of business the other day.

Like i said, if you go to the new store, you are really missing out. Because the 323 Dunkin' is the place to be.

P.S Dunkin on 323 was also on the news the other day, providing students with a "make your own Donut" for the Holiday Season. It was really such an inspiration to watch and put me to tears. I loved the smiles on their faces as they were just enjoying themselves making their donuts. They really brought the Christmas and Holiday spirit to our kids and that is reason alone to support this Dunkin' and not the other one! If I could go up to 100...

Walked in to get some refreshers around lunch time. They seemed really busy. So, I walked up to the ordering counter and waited for a bit. One of the employees told me that someone would be right with me. As I waited, the same employee finally came back to me and stated that I should just order on the kiosk. So, I ordered on the kiosk. I ordered a large dragonfruit refresher with strawberry bubbles and a medium strawberry refresher with strawberry bubbles. After waiting a bit for my order, an employee, assuming he was a manager, stated that they were out of strawberry. I assumed the actual strawberry refresher. I said that was fine just give me peach. When the order came out, it was two peach refreshers with no bubbles. The person that sat the drinks on the counter immediately walked away, so I had to wait for another to walk by before I could ask them if they were out of the strawberry bubbles also. He said that they were. They charge you more for the bubbles, and there was no offer to refund that amount. I also did not get the dragonfruit refresher that I ordered. They had an attitude of "here take what we have and leave". It's not that expensive for the bubbles, but that's not the point. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this particular location. My fiance was hyping up Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts because I never been to either. After this visit I may never come back. First off one of their employees came flying in to the parking lot like a bat out of hell and cut us off as we were about to park. We had to go get cash since their card machine was done and when we went to pay they took forever to give us change. They gave me a wrong donut. My fiances jelly donut had like a finger tips worth of jelly on the end. Then when we went to get ice cream they didn't have hardly any flavors. I asked for a waffle bowl and they said they were out and wouldn't be making anymore. So we get our cones and sit down. The employee that cut us off which we never said anything to is poking head around corner taking pictures of us for who knows why. Guess she figured we'd mess up her car or something because she cut us off. Which we didn't . Just to fat people trying to get ice cream and donuts. Anyways. Trash piled up in the only trash can by the door. And my fiance said there was poop on toilet. Trash all over the floor. Like I said we will...
