This mcdonalds is always rude. Been unacceptable to me for years, nothing's changed including the same rude manager and supervisor. Today I asked for one of their slushes that I didnt know was minute maid but then they tell me they dont have anything like that so I go into walmart to shop and google drink on my phone. I come back to McDonalds after shopping and see 2 ppl drinking the drink I asked about at the table so I ordered a sprite just to ask why they didnt recommend the minute maid slush to me and I was told they didn't know what I was talking about and walked away from me after giving me my large cup for Sprite I ordered. Im not from here so I expected service to be better than the years before but NOPE, SAME RUDENESS. I would NEVER recommend this McDonald's to ANYONE EVER. Just go across the street to the location beside CHASE bank instead. Wish I could give this place less...

I asked am employee if I could plug in my autistic son's portable DVD player to keep him calm while eating in their establishment. A must with the behavior issues that come with autistic children. She pretended as if she couldn't understand me until I screamed my question. Then all of a sudden she understood English perfectly. The manager was evasive. I attempted to discuss the issue but was brushed off with the manager walking away before I had even finished speaking This McDonald's doesn't even have trays which I'm quite sure McDonald's can afford. Read moreI just went to this McDonald’s and ordered 2 English McMuffins, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, a chicken McGriddle & 5 hash browns. I drove 25 minutes to get home and when I opened my order I got 2 English muffins wrapped up with nothing else on it!!! So furious so I called and spoke to the Manager, JULIE who was first off very rude. Then she had the nerve to tell me that if I didn’t have the receipt there was nothing she could do. Seriously Julie?! As a Manager myself, that’s the worst customer service you could ever provide to a paying customer. It’s YOUR job to make sure that your employees are trained properly.
