Terrible customer service. Went there with a friend just interested in looking around and turns out i knew one of the workers. My friend also knew this worker due to them being our previous teacher. The women was already extremely avoidant to my friend but when we went to look around my friend overheard them state,"yea i taught the little black girl." we were the only ones in the store. Was extremely judgmental and discrimantory towards my friend and i. When my sister went back to return the item i bought they immediately were rude and asked her if she had intention of buying anything while having no customers. If you enjoy terrible customer service, blatant discrimination , and judgement, this is the perfect boutique for you! Don't promote child protection if you are going to be rude to children you personally know. Whether you are a person of color or not if you do not fit into the store's style do not expect kind treatment....

My shopping experience at Apricot Lane Boutique in Tyler was absolutely fabulous! I don't know the young lady's name who was working this past Sunday, but she was awesome! She helped me from the moment I walked in, even offering me something to drink while I shopped! I've never had as much personal attention as she showed. In comparison, when I left Apricot Lane, I stepped inside the boutique next door to them and was greeted with a hello and that was it. The young lady working there sat in her chair reading a book or phone the whole time I was in there. I had to ask to try something on and was just told sure, but no offer to help with anything. The young lady at Apricot Lane was putting everything I chose in a dressing room for me to try on each time I picked up a piece of clothing! Awesome customer service!!
