Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Tyler

I had the unfortunate experience here. My family and I have been coming here for many years and this place is not as good as it used to be. Last occasion I was here I went through the drive through and they told me to pull up to a curbside parking spot and told the person behind me in the line to do the same. Brought my order out to the wrong customer then once the other customer returned my order, they decided to bring the SAME order to me after it has already been compromised. Today I decided to give them another chance which was a major mistake. The rude girl taking orders (had black and pink box braids) has no sense in customer service and when I had asked originally for 2 bags of chips, they only gave me one. Once I told them of their error the girl wanted to charge (with tax) another bag of chips even though it was her error. Maybe if she took out her AirPods she could hear the customers order 🤷‍♀️. Personally I think she should no longer work at this establishment. People like her with this attitude will surely be the reason they close down....

I will never return to this location, these people are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ordered a sandwich with ONLY 2 toppings, and was talked down to by the person taking my oder and had to repeat the order 4 times. I was then given a sandwich covered in onions which I said I didn't want. When I asked them to fix it they scraped everything off of the top half of the sandwich and handed it back to me. I then pulled around to the front and went in and asked to speak to whoever was in charge. The person who approached me was obviously rushing around and didn't have time to listen to me. She said she would just remake it and I told her I would rather just get my money back for the sandwich. She then proceeded to cancel my WHOLE order so myself as well as my wife and kids waiting in the car left with NOTHING to eat...

I came through the drive thru, at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. Sat there for at least 15 mins, waiting for food no biggie.... gave the gentleman my credit card and he took my card and left. I never seen him again, until he brought my food. I had to ask him for my credit care back. I live about 15 mins away. I no sooner got home, and was notified that my debit card had been charged for 262$ for Texan vs dolphin game in Houston dec 15. Several other charges were made as well. Spoke to manager and supervisor both said they reviewed the video. I truly do not believe they did. I have filed a claim with my bank, tyler pd, ticketmaster. I'm reaching out to corporate this morning. If not resolved by December 15, I guess I will meet "Noel"...
