Coming from someone who works food service, I dislike complaining as I understand things happen. But one thing that we should refrain from is when mistakes do happen. Never belittle or berate the guests over something that wasn't their fault but rather ours. Own it fix it and move forward. Absolutely awful customer service. At least the morning crew. It’s as if they are learning how to deal with customers for the first time and have 0 communication skills. Also, today my wife (a teacher) went to dunks for World teacher’s day, where dunks had marketed 1 free coffee for teachers, however the members of this location did not give her a free coffee. They just looked dumbfounded that teachers could get a free coffee.
