McDonald's — Restaurant in Umatilla

McDonalds Umatilla, Fl. Recv cheeseburgers without cheese. Medium cooked meat instead of done. Long waits with cold and/or incorrect orders A while back I was parked for my order since it had a small modification to the sandwich. Which causes it to have to be made new. This always takes about 7-10 minutes to that done. So I get "parked" which is not a problem for me at all. This day they had 3 people parked waiting for orders. When the orders started coming out they took my order to one of the other cars where I observed it sit until the people could get someone's attention to come back and pick it up and get theirs. The girl who picked it up had then taken it to the other car where it again stayed until they got her attention. She then brought it directly to me. Fries were depleted, food cold and having already had at least two sets of hands digging through it I didn't want it. I asked to have another made at which point she argued with me about it "being fine'' and that no one had touched it". I was firm about it though so she very indignantly took it back inside. Amazingly i was able to keep my patience with a kid who was trying to do her job. She returned just under 2 minutes later. My son was keeping track of how long it took. It came in a new bag, the cold fries had been topped off with new ones and the exact same burger had been repackaged in a clean wrap. Still cold. As much as they get breakfast right and only occasionally get lunch orders incorrect their dinner shift is horrific. Starting about 4:30 pm and progressively getting worse as the evening progresses I'd say my experience there is that about 80% of the time they do a satisfactory job but when they go wrong it's not just minor. It has been unsafe. Even dangerous. I don't know if it's a good idea to go in and complain if I were you when asking to have something remade. At very least I'd stand at the counter and observe them cooking/making...

This place literally NEVER fails to disappoint me. Every time I come here (which is not often) something is wrong. The staff is always rude and incompetent, I worked 2 years of fast food when I was in highschool, the job is not hard. Infact as a young adult it will teach you alot about patience and customer service. Tonight was one of the nights a friend and I were craving some ice cream and quick food. For the first time in the last 4 months the ice cream machine was actually "working" (which I know when its not they have just cleaned it and are too lazy to put it back together), so I was happy. Then as i get to the window they hand me my friends HOT FUDGE sundae, before the food and tell me its going to be a few mins for her nuggets. Should be common sense if the foods not ready to make and hand out the ice cream last or with the food. We pull forward and we sit 10 mins, and the sundae is melting. It was for someone who was not with us. I told the young worker who handed it too me it was melted and he rolled his eyes at me and says, "have a good night drive safe" being sarcastic and walks away. By the way this worker didn't have time to look at me while at the window because his friends were inside and he was too busy chatting about some girl named Rachel and how she was a b**, yeah real professional. We drive away my friend hands me a fry in disgust saying its stale. Everytime I leave here I'm angry and mad that the manager still gets paid to run this dump of an establishment. This is just one of many horrible visits to this place and they will let you down everytime. Ordered online. Pulled up to speaker and the girl at the speaker had major attitude and you could tell she was annoyed to be at work. She was short and curt. I get to the widow. She doesn't speak except for "Here you go" handed my stuff to me. Check my bag, of course I'm missing my blueberry pies. I got 2. So I told her. She went to get them and come back and says they are out completely but they have apple and strawberry ones which would i like? I told her the strawberry. She comes back and says it's a10 min wait, what do i want to do? Confused, I asked why there was a wait since they were only out of blueberry? She got crappy, rolled her eyes about 4 times and told me bc they have to cook! My jaw is hanging at this point bc she never said they had to make them. By asking which i wanted that implies you have them on hand. And I said that to her. She continued to roll her eyes and be short so I asked for the manager. I got my money back for them but having anything. The manager said he understood and he would handle it. Here's the thing,I KNOW it's not getting handled. It never does.
