Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Union Charter Township

I do love biggby when the drink are made correctly but they won’t stop rasing the prices they have raised 3 times in a short period of time. They said there competing with Starbucks. I don’t see how that could be because I pay $9.21 at biggby for a frozen teddy bear with a extra shot and I can get large frozen frappe at Starbucks for about $7 out the door. Unless there competing to have the highest price. I’m gonna have to chill out on going there I cant find a good enough reason to spend almost $10 for a coffe that might not...

I come here often since Starbucks closed for remodeling. I don't think I will be going back to them. I didn't realize how much better Biggby Coffee was. This morning I ordered my regular item but forgot to mention the way i like it and the young lady who works there was absolutely just wonderful. Her name is Emily she was so nice to be able to fix my mistake on my order and she was so super nice about it. Definitely got a new long term costumer...

Very quick and super friendly. We had never been to a coffee place because we don't like coffee. But we wanted to check it out anyways. Luke was very kind and knowledgeable about all the beverages, he helped us find very lovely beverages. Shelby did an excellent job creating our beverages very quickly.
