Firstly, I had some issues getting my mower, then after only putting 8 hours on my mower it literally wouldn't start. Tried a bunch of basic stuff and nothing. Called TSC and they told me to call the manufacturer and basically wanted nothing to do with helping my issue. I contacted TSC headquarters and they had the store manager contact me and he had me bring it in. Since I don't have a trailer I asked if I could borrow one or have them pick it up and he refused and said I had to rent one... So I ended up borrowing from a friend and took it in. The manager never once apologized for the faulty mower or no sorry for the inconvenience. They ended up switching my mower out which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I stood there looking like an idiot. She never looked up never acknowledged me just like I was invisible. The team member on the left saw me and offered to check me out.
