Not very impressed with my first visit to this taco bell. I usually go to the one on mission. When I walked in there were 2 ladies ordering from the kiosk, I waited for a couple minutes but no one came to the counter and I decided to use the kiosk. Wrong choice. Much to confusing and instead of just adding each item to my cart it took me to another screen to add extra sauce or meat, swap sauces(of which there are too many🙄) and so on and so forth. It took me 3x as long to order on that because of all the options that I didn't care about. Like I said though no one greeted me upon arrival so I thought they preferred I use the kiosk. Finally, AFTER I ordered and was standing waiting for my food, a lady asked if I had been helped. 🤦‍♀️ She then proceeded to take the next 3 orders that walked in. Must have been on break. Then the food: the fries were soggy and lukewarm and the cups didn't look full. The chip bags were mostly full but lots of broken, small pieces like it was the bottom of the bag. The new recycleable sauce cups are great but made the sauce taste funny. Not sure if they leave it in there all day🤔 and one of them was mostly empty. I was at this restaurant today 5/19/24 and it was completely empty. No customers and couldnt find an employee. I waited at the counter for approximately 10 minutes. No one came. Finally I hollered " anybody home?" No one came. Then I realized there was a kiosk. So I placed my order and I was paying with cash so I had to pay at the counter. No one came. I looked and I seen an employee wearing a drive thru headphone. He had a baseball cap on backwards sitting on the floor playing on his phone. So I googled a siren on my phone and set it off hoping to get an employee's attention. I noticed a young girl out on the picnic tables who looked like she was just finishing up break. Finally a middle aged woman came and took my cash. If this would have happened when I was a working teenager, I would have been fired!!! Eventually a young guy with a beach type hat gave me my order.
