My girlfriend and I went here for a late dinner and she ordered the chicken tenders meal and I had a breakfast meal. After our initial ordering with the waitress we never saw her again until the food arrived and after that we never saw her again until she brought us the bill. My girlfriendâs chicken tenders were way over cooked as you can see in the pictures provided and were not edible. Also the waitress never asked us if we needed anything or offered any refills tho my glass was empty half way through eating, the restaurant wasnât even busy because we arrived at 8pm.
The manager was also visible during most of our time there but didnât really do anything nor went to any tables asking how patrons service was and actually walked the other direction after looking me in the eyes as I walked up to the register to payâŚ
When a young girl came to ring up our order she asked me how are food was and I was polite and honest about how the food was and her reply was âyea our chicken tenders distributor changed and weâve been having problems with them, sorryâ irritated I just finished paying and left. Also the last three times we have been there the portion sizes have gotten ridiculously small that we clean our plates quite easily which has never been a thing.
We have been a lifelong supporter of Bob Evanâs but lately every time we go there we are disappointed in some way or another so unfortunately our support for this...
Read moreMy sister and I went here for dinner the other day, mostly because I think we were both craving sausage gravy and biscuits.
Our waitress who also seated us, was excellent. She was quick to get our orders and brought our drinks about a minute later. I got the small sausage gravy and biscuits as did my sister, knowing we were both ordering the double meat farmer's choice.
The sausage gravy and biscuits were excellent and I really should have just ordered a full order without anything else. As it turns out I finished all the sausage gravy and offered my sister half the remaining biscuit which she gladly used to finish her yummy gravy.
I wasn't paying attention when she ordered and ended up with pancakes rather than my intended toast. This ended up being a good thing as I didn't eat much of my dinner and we both took home enough for another meal.
The atmosphere was standard rustic farmhouse, with comfortable booths and tables and a fair amount of bric a brac on the walls and throughout the restaurant, giving it a homey feel.
I had forgotten how much I love Bob Evans. Don't think I'll...
Read moreIf I could rate negative stars or no stars at all, I would. Stopped here during our road trip with a party of 6. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. By far, the most disgusting food and the worst service. Madison had no remorse for our cold breakfast and didnât care that there was a damn hair on my daughters plate. How she didnât see it before she served it, was just mind blowing considering the hair was literally noticeable the second she put the plate down. We asked the manager to remake our breakfast bc we were starving (and Bob Evanâs usually doesnât disappoint), but sure enough, we were served the same food after microwaving it for a minute. Being in the food industry, they werenât fooling us. Shame on the manager and staff at this location. WE WONâT BE BACK & we made it pretty clear. I believe thereâs an iHop right down the street, weâll go there...
