This burger king location during the evening is not a safe place for you and your family to go!
The Gentleman, that works the window. Dark haired very rude over the intercom. Very rude at the window I Sat there and watched him drop condiments on the floor pick them up with his gloved hands and Proceed to grab our food with those same glove hands and place it in our bag and when confronted very nicely. He lost his temper on us. Told us we did not need to come back to the location if we didn't like how they do things.
Myself, I'm serve safe certified. Even though I'm not in the food industry anymore. One thing you do not do is cross contamination, especially from the floor to the food!
I went there a few days later. And I actually ended up talking with a woman who identified herself as the general manager very kind.
I addressed these issues with her. And I had a group of 3 guys. Speak up behind me and say they had a very similar experience with this same employee.
The manager's response was they don't have enough bodies for the front, so that's why they keep him!?!?!?!??
So you'd rather keep an employee that is treating customers poorly using profanity with customers and making them feel very uncomfortable when they are just there to support your wages and order food and beyond their way.
I'm very polite. I say yes, ma'am. Yes, sir, and I even think them after they take my order. And i'm still constantly treated like they would rather Be doing anything else other than working!
The? Fact that this Burger King manager chooses to keep an employee who is using profanity. Making customers feel threatened and very unwelcome is beyond me. And I will no longer be attending this location in like a couple other locations on pickered I. Attend them often, so I'm very sad that. I can't even go 21 of My favorite fast food joints because of the service that is kept!

Read moreCompletely disgusted and disappointed. First off, the cashier had no idea how to ring up my simple 2 item order.... I know he has worked here for several years. Not one staff member here was friendly. Looked like a very unhappy bunch. But ok, thats not even the real issue here... I ordered my whopper, and chicken sandwhich FRESH. Which means putting a fresh piece of chicken in the fryer, and a whopper patty in the broiler. I worked here, so I know it takes 3 min for the broiler, and 6 1/2 for the chicken. 4 min later our order is ready... Hmmmmm. I opened my sandwhich to see that it WAS NOT FRESH, and the chicken sandwhich looked like they threw an old one in the fryer for a minute to make it look like it was fresh, but it jus made it greasy and burnt.
