I recently had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order on their website at 10:37 AM for a delivery scheduled at 12:30 PM for my staff. At 11:13 AM, I received an email confirming my order was received. However, by 12:37 PM, no one had contacted me and no pizza had been delivered, despite all my contact information being included in the order details.
I tried calling multiple times throughout the morning, but the line was always busy. I finally got through around 12:41 PM, and spoke with a woman who had difficulty understanding me. She handed the phone to a man, to whom I explained the issue and mentioned that I had already been charged. He was dismissive, attributing the problem to the web ordering portal and offering no solution. Despite my persistence, he did not attempt to contact me regarding the order.
A Spanish-speaking co-worker had to step in to help communicate, and only then did the man assure us that the delivery would arrive within 30 minutes. This call lasted about six minutes. I returned to work, but by 1:20 PM, there was still no delivery and no contact from the restaurant.
When we called back, we were told the delivery would take another 10-15 minutes as they were waiting for a driver. After another 25 minutes, we called again, and the man assured us the driver was on the way but then placed the phone down and never returned. Subsequent calls were met with a busy signal. I eventually went downstairs, and the driver arrived at 2:00 PM.
Despite the significant delay and inconvenience, no compensation or incentive was offered. This was particularly frustrating as the order was for my staff, many of whom were relying on this for their lunch.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I expected better service. Will never purchase from this restaurant again as they clearly don't value...

I told them that we would eat somewhere else because it’s getting late. They did not cancel the order and did not refund my money.
I went to the store in person and asked for a refund and they said it’s not possible and that a manager was not there. I asked for the managers number and they said not possible. Infuriating that they wouldn’t do anything. I don’t mind a mistake but refusing to make it right is...
