"A highly unsuitable environment for reading. This is not a library, it resembles a daycare for children. The children in the middle of the reading area chase each other, shout, move chairs around, and play with them. The library staff consistently engage in loud telephone conversations. Library visitors often come for non-library-related matters, and the staff converse with them at a high volume. People visiting the library hall talk on their phones. The library phone rings frequently, and staff answer it loudly. People inside the library hall have meetings and social gatherings, talking loudly and laughing. They haven't come to the library for reading since they don't have books; they've gathered solely for conversation. No one here reminds them to be quiet, although some are attempting to read. I can only give this library one star for the receptionists they are helpful with information and they are very welcoming.Other than that bad smell and unpleasant environment.One of the tutors was incredibly rude, said stand out, making me want to leave quickly, which only added to the discomfort., the overall experience was still unworthy. This library has a nice new building, but that’s about it. The librarians all have an attitude issue. The children book selection is poor, too bad for a nice building but the wrong atmosphere, this is supposed to be a space for the public. Seems like there’s no supervision there. Waste of...
