Very bad customer service. Staff need training for customer service. Most of the staff are very rude. Imagine I bought one round plate of palabok, she wants me to wait until she’s done making all the 6 plates . . I asked them if I Can get one plate since I’m still going to work. But she said I need to wait until she is done. So I told them, I’m asking for a favor if I can get the first one cuz I’m still going to work. They are all smirking. I said is that really hard? If I had the chance to rate this place “0” I would! My husband and I drove almost 4 hrs to go visit this place and I did call ahead to order a tray of their FAMOUS SH!+ “ PALABOK” but all they said was they cannot accomodate because its supposed to be cooked upon arrival. Way overpriced. To my horror and the other people behind me this sweet rice dessert called “Biko” was $10.25 with tax. I wanted to return it but I was in a hurry. On top of that they charge 4% for credit card purchases. For a small shop in a kiosk, with one employee, I don’t think their overhead cost for business is that high. Avoid this place.
