Very bad customer service. Staff need training for customer service. Most of the staff are very rude. Imagine I bought one round plate of palabok, she wants me to wait until sheās done making all the 6 plates . . I asked them if I Can get one plate since Iām still going to work. But she said I need to wait until she is done. So I told them, Iām asking for a favor if I can get the first one cuz Iām still going to work. They are all smirking. I said is that really hard? Iām asking for a favor. Your customer service here is terrible! All of my friends and friend friends are also complaining of their rudeness. The only reason I go there is their Palabok. Ginataan , the bilo2 is hard. Iām so sorry for the owner, the staff...

Eh magsasara na kamiā they are horribly rude! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! WARNING DO...

On top of that they charge 4% for credit card purchases. For a small shop in a kiosk, with one employee, I donāt think their overhead cost for business is that high. Avoid this place. There are other Filipino restaurants/bake shop that sells what they have for maybe...
