1000% recommend Tiffany! When it comes to nails, I’m a bit picky — but Tiffany is amazing. She’s done two sets of Gel X fills for me. From shape to length and style to color, she will never let you walk out of the spa unless your set is absolutely perfect! I’ll be coming back regularly!

I didn’t give it a 5-Star because of my most recent pedicure (done by someone else, not Tiffany). I’ve had tons of pedicures in my lifetime, and this one by far was the most uncomfortable. Her process to remove the gel off my toes included a chemical that seemed like a paint thinner - burned my skin. Then she used a square shaped nail file to remove the remaining layer of gel and the edge of the file sliced my skin. Even after saying “ouch” and pulling back, she proceeded to do it. Now I have this open scar and haven’t been able to wear close-toed shoes. Then when it came to the massage, she kept staring at me almost as if she wanted to watch my face if I was enjoying the massage. Incredibly uncomfortable. First of all I was very excited to try this new salon but had to wait over 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seated. They charged me 8 dollars for a nail repair just because i was the first customer when normally it was free. the first time i went they tried increasing the price in the middle of doing my nails. I already showed them an inspo pic and they said 60$ but after filing my nails she said ok it’ll be like 85 okay and i had to argue to pay the original quote. The nails came out cute but one broke in less than a week and when they fixed it the base color of the french tip was way more pink than the other nails. i’m not happy at all about the customer service there and I feel like they just try to get the most money out of u. Pointless to set an appointment with them. They don't respect your time. They did it to me twice and not going back ever. 1st time, I came on time for my appointment but Mindy (who's my fave) was with another person. So an older lady seated me on the spa chair while waiting which I don't really mind . I'm ok waiting for 10- 15 mins... 20 mins came she's not done yet.. 30 mins, she still with the customer so I just left. Got things to do too. 2nd time ( did not come back for awhile after my last experience), I came on time for my appointment again, and again... she's with someone, they were asking me to seat again.. so I asked how long I need to wait.. again! And the old lady (I think she's the owner or manager) said 45 mins!!! I left and no plans of going back! Am looking for a newplace to go. Worst...
