Last time I ordered I had a terrible Experience, Perhaps it was just a Fluke. So I decided to give this location another go at it. I placed an order to be picked up at a later time, Though Whoever i spoke to, Made it clear that they could not deleiiver or at least start Delivering till around 5 pm. So- yeah, that would work, Since I had to be at my job for the rest of the evening, I went ahead and placed the order. Upon giving the person the credentials to pay for this order, I did request a confirmation Number, So Instead, She insisted, that number would be on the receipt. Alright- everything was set, I went to my job as per Usual and My kids would have dinner for the firday Evening. Unfortunately, My boys then kept calling me as to where was the food that I had pre-ordered. So long story short, My family did not recieve what I had pre-ordered in advance til almost 3 Hours later from the promised delivery start time. Plus- I did not get a receipt, So we called this location and they insisted that in order to get a reciept, I would need to come in. Ya- can't do that - im all the way across the bay in S.F. At this point I should demand a Full refund. Cold food- that was supposed to be hot an fresh was not. Round Table should have delicious pizza. However, over the years, this store has consistently had issues with super late deliveries, poorly made food, and subpar service. The lady who has been the manager there (a Latin lady) has always been very nice when issues occurred. However, itās been YEARS, and there are still no food quality checks here.
I say this with all due respect, but she needs to do better. Perhaps paying employees a better wage will recruit more reliable staff, conducting personal checks after each dish is made, or implementing other quality checks.
Itās a hit or miss here. You might have better luck playing craps in Vegas or Tahoe. Officially, after 20 years, I have asked my family to stop going to this store. Sorry I had to put this out there for everyone to see.

Now, they have fired their delivery drivers and hired door dash, who have apparently taken over this business. Over a week ago I ordered a pizza and was told it would be here in an hour. After an hour and a half I called again and was told it should be here soon. I called two more times and was told the same thing. After over two hours I went outside to find they had just dumped the pizza and left without ringing the doorbell or letting me know they were here. The pizza was cold and had a Bug in it and I had to throw it out. I called and told the so called manager, Alexa, who said she would talk to door dash and have them pay for it.
