I am a regular customer of the coffee shop. Workers on the drive thru window are always nice. However, there are some things that need managers' attention. First, we often get only a half of drinks' cups. If I ordered a medium size I pay for that and expect to get this, not a small one (or even less). Second, about organizing the drive thru service. Today morning we stayed in line as other cars for over a half hour just because one car in front who had a huge order. The line with cars to the drive thru was even on Alvarado Blvd. (a safety issue). Such situations can be resolved, for instance, by serving huge orders on the parking lot so others do not need to stay so long time including on the boulevard for a cup of coffee. To the worker with glasses and black curly hair. This was our second visit this weekend here, visiting from out of town. We always come here when we visit. I have to say this was the worst service we've had here. We were the only one in line inside for a while and ordered 2 drinks. 2-3 customers got their orders before we did. My fiance mentioned we still didn't get one of our drinks. We even got our order wrong.
Customer service is a priority. The attitude and lame excuses you gave to us and the other customer was unacceptable and pretty rude. Come to a different location such as maybe... hmmm. Las Vegas?? And see if you can show that same attitude and give your lame excuses as to why it took that long to prep to drinks and give us lame feedbacks. Mobile order was never received which is not their fault of its an issue w mobile ordering, what was ordered takes longer than a couple minutes but drink was rushed and resulted in horrible taste, even though paid extra for modifications. What I saw, however, was concerning. Almost every girl I saw in there, a food handling business, hand lose hair and was moved around often, both with their hands or shaking their body, always thought loose hair was frowned upon in food service. Never seen this during the day, maybe rules are more laxed for night shift... hopefully no hair is found in food or drinks... and that their hair touching hands don’t touch...
