Creno's Pizza — Restaurant in Union Township

Placed an online order for delivery today 10/23/20 receipt stated it would be delivered by 2:56pm. I call the store at 3:06pm making sure all is ok. Lady that answered the phone responded yeah it just came out of oven and she's just left with it, to my statement that it's over 10 minutes late. Order arrived with my pizza sauce on the side cold. When it comes out of the oven on the sub it's warm not cold as they have sent it. I went over their recommended tip suggested when I placed the order. I HIGHLY recommend waiting on your tips till your order arrives on time. And a note to employees answering three phones, if you wouldn't be happy with the tone you're giving out don't give it to others. *Edit Recieved a coupon in my email for a "Free small 1 topping pizza" for only the buckeye lake location. Expires 11/23/20. If it's free it's for me, tried adding my reward to my online account and it's giving me the full charge for said item. I called their location to place it over the phone. Instead of any sympathetic apologies, I was informed very rudely that they are not set up to use the rewards they sent out. Informed rep that I get to have a coupon that I can't use that's going to expire. She rudely says well you can just hang onto it. Asked said rude rep when they will have their system updated to accept the rewards they are sending out? She replies saying there's no date... At this point it's not even worth my time to deal with rude people for something free even. More than likely they'll have it set up AFTER it expires and will deny it anyways. If I could put...

Every time I order from here I pay $10 or more for ONE sub. I ask for extras they give me less than what a normal order should be. Today I ordered a Pizza Sub. It was absolutely disgusting. It has barely any toppings on it & once again cost over $10. I pay $0.69 for extra items to not EVER get them. I have been a customer for many years & today will be the last day I ever order from this place! Their wings are never crispy & are very tiny for the price. We don't have many options in this town & I'd rather never eat pizza again before I would ever order from here!

Here's something new in this day and age. After trying to find a near-by restaurant to deliver to me, a trucker who happens to be broken down for the night, I was about to give up. I was a good 30 minutes into dialing number after number with no business willing to deliver to an odd location. My phone rang with a call from Crenos's Pizza and the manager asked if I was broken down. After finding out my situation he offered to deliver my order personally, if necessary. I'm shocked, absolutely shocked, that in this day and age someone, anyone, would take the initiative to actually offer help to an otherwise unknown person. The food was absolutely fabulous and I'm not simply just stating that. I will without a doubt offer my support to this establishment each and every time I make my way through this area by making a special and specific stop to enjoy their food and hospitality....
