I ordered at the counter a regular #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak to go ($10.25). Service was thorough and just a tad slow on the grill. The bread was perfect. Toppings were grilled to perfection and the portions were good. At that other sub place that is trying to find their way, they skimp on their veggies and I always have to ask for more. I've never had a bad sub from Jersey Mike's! Would recommend. Mmmm 👌

I ordered at the counter a regular #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak to go ($10.25). Service was thorough and just a tad slow on the grill. The bread was perfect. I've never had a bad sub from Jersey Mike's! Would recommend. Mmmm 👌

First & definitely last time I'll be at Jersey Mike's. First of all, I paid over $30 for 3 half subs. The sub wasn't even that great to be honest. Everything seemed to be fresh but for $30 I thought I was going to be in sub heaven. I didn't even finish it. But for that kind of money it's just not worth it. Nothing really bad to say about my experience except for the price and taste. Quality is there. Staff was very friendly.

UPDATE: (7-9-2025) I did reach out to them as you suggested. I got zero response. Seems like they don't care. Boy oh boy Jersey Mike's is a disaster in New Castle. I'd give it another try until I read the review about the bloody bandaid 🤮 in the sandwich recently. And they still argued when trying to get it corrected!!! Hold the onions and bandaids please! Save your money and go...

We went to Jersey Mike;s for the very first time yesterday and was extremely pleased with service and food. I have Celiacs and their gluten free menu is absolutely amazing. They follow strict measures in making of the GF subs to make sure that there is no cross contamination. They were very knowledgeable about their gluten free procedures. I was able to watch the gentleman make my sub and I was very pleased. The Udi's GF bun that is offered is very good and I can't wait to try the wrap they next time we go. My fiancé really enjoyed his sub as well! The woman standing before the register gave recommendations on seasonings and was very helpful! We will be back! Thank you to the staff for...

Oh my goodness the service was impeccable! The gentleman at the counter were super nice and the one guy was hilarious. He had me laughing so much about something my boyfriend said about the size of the giant. The place was very clean, the staff was awesome and like most people, we had to wait a bit. But the portobello steak subs were delicious and piping hot and very fresh. I only wish I'd requested more mushrooms... but I'll be going back and hope that same guy is there.
