Ruby Tuesday's is my favorite restaurant however I've never been to this particular location and it was a big let down I came to the door wasn't sure if I was supposed to seat myself or not step right inside to the salad bar as soon as you come from outside waited waited and waited somebody came out of the back from somewhere said give him a few minutes somebody will be to see us while waiting another customer said if you were smart you would leave now that is my best advice he had said he'd been waiting for 45 minutes to get some ketchup for his hamburger never got it then they see this right in the doorway when there's plenty of other spots available we asked to be moved they promptly moved us The waitress was overwhelmed and overworked I think there was only two on duty. The restaurant had maybe 10-15 tables seated Took forever to get our drinks but once ordered our food did come pretty quickly we were on a time to lunch break which ended up being 15 minutes over power light at lunch time I have never seen a Ruby Tuesday's with this lack of dedication to service and attention to detail let alone the decor was missing you can see from my pictures Ruby Tuesday's always had the most decorated place even the outside of this building is atrocious only by reputation of prior years is this my favorite restaurant this particular location I drove over a half hour away but I will not return their anytime soon I must know our waitress was very nice and you could tell that she was trying hard I was going to say something to her but advice from another told me I better not be too harsh because she's probably just a few minutes away from quitting herself I do know that this is not her fault but it is definitely bad management at this location I don't like to give bad reviews but this deserves it. As for the food nowhere near Ruby Tuesday's...

Food was good but portions were smaller than what I recall years ago but I got salad bar so I could fill up on that, I would not have been full on meals alone, even the steaks looked small. Bill was $94 for 3 meals, salad bar, dessert, extra sides, 3 drinks so that’s not bad at all compared to everywhere else. I made the mistake of drinking my raspberry tea before the meals came out and therefore had to eat with no drink until I was almost done when the server got refills. On a Saturday night she appeared to be the only waitress, there was a few helpers but I could see her running around alone and busy, so I wasn’t going to tell her she got me the wrong dessert or it would have nice to have more drink refills, and steak sauce, etc. It looked like 1 hostess and 1 server for the whole dining area and then the bar area had several workers. I would have given a higher tip if we would have just been acknowledged more to meet our needs but she was super nice. I actually had quit attending here for many many years because I had a Mother’s Day buy one get one free coupon that wasn’t honored by the waitress at the time after we discussed it and ordered she brought the manager over and I had to pay full which back then in 2005, it was like $20/person. So I feel like the prices haven’t really gone up which is amazing but the portions are half of what they used to be. Quality of food alone was top notch and would have been nice to receive the dessert I actually wanted, I have always loved the raspberry tea with the real raspberries! Finally, I like the remodel...

I was in the mood for a good steak & ended up at Ruby Tuesday’s in New Castle, PA. It was late in a Saturday evening, the restaurant had a few family’s still dining but for the most part it was empty. The host greeted me warmly & sat me quickly at a table & provided me a menu. Your seating options are tables, booths or at the bar. My server then came over, introduced himself & took my drink order. I also decided to order the appetizer sampler, I liked its selection. My server was back quickly with my beverages, he asked if I was ready to order. I decided on the New York strip dinner with a dinner salad. I must say that any of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly & pleasant, I really enjoy that as a patron. My salad was brought out first and was perfect, cold & crisp. My appetizer was out next, I absolutely love the chicken strips. My main entree was out soon after. I hate to say this but my steak was terrible. Chewy, rubbery hard to cut sinew….very disappointing. This is the second steak I’ve had from another Ruby Tuesday that was of low quality. Everything else on my plate was fine. The baked potato was great, broccoli perfectly flavored and steamed. So no complaints there. I did enjoy my dining experience for the most part. I just won’t be ordering the steak again. Ruby Tuesday’s has always been a solid dining choice for me. I have always enjoyed my meals here and I’ll continue to...

We just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to this Ruby Tuesday location. We are frequent travelers from Connecticut to New Castle for business. We have frequented this restaurant at least 2-3 times per week when we are here in New Castle. The food is always good, clean and a plentiful salad bar. We have encountered meeting the manager, who does an exceptional job at this restaurant! You will always feel welcome. We were invited to join their email club for coupons. We have been able to save money during our travel plus at the same time get good meals. Excellent service! Yesterday we had a BOGO coupon. Usually this is buy an entree and get one free. We presented the coupon, but unfortunately WE miss read it, it was for take out only. But our server Trista F. without our awareness, she went beyond and ask the manager if they would honor this coupon since we were dining in. Manager presented herself to our table, she said they would go ahead and honor this BOGO. So we felt that our server Trista F. went far and beyond!! We thanked her for that! This restaurant has really worked along side us to make it comfortable and enjoyable while eating out! You can tell when employees are happy and management is good! We appreciate this location, they certainly put their customers at top priority :)
