What can I say about this place? It’s easily one of the best pizza shops around. I’ve always wondered why Pizza Joe’s never became a national chain—their pizza is that good. The sauce and crust are both exceptional, and their veggie pizza ranks among the best I’ve ever had.

One aspect I truly admire is that the owner and founder works right alongside his staff in the kitchen. I’ve been enjoying Pizza Joe’s for most of my life, and this particular location stands out. On one visit, I was personally handed a sub by “Pizza Joe” himself— and the sandwich was incredible.

Beyond the pizza, their subs are some of the best you’ll find anywhere. The Italian Club, in particular, is a standout. The way they heat the meats and toast the bun really brings out the rich flavors of the capicola, salami, and other ingredients. My only wish is that they offered footlong versions—every time I finish a 9" sub, I want another, but can usually only manage half more.

Good service, ordered delivery. Food came in a reasonable amount of time, especially for a Saturday night but that's the end of anything good I have to say. Pizza reminded me of a cheap elementary school lunch. The wings were absolutely disgusting!!!! I swear they were Tyson frozen wings that they heated up.... mushy and just gross. The breadsticks were decent if that's your thing I wouldn't steer you away from them but I'll never order from here again. I honestly don't understand how they have any positive reviews. I have always loved Pizza Joe's. This was my first time at this location. The pizza was delicious. We always get a square pepperoni. (12 cut) I happily ate leftovers for lunch the next day. My kids had chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was overcooked, and the fries were undercooked. So maybe stick with pizza and Stromboli and sandwiches. I didn't want to subtract any stars because it's a pizza place, and the pizza is the best there is. I do wish the tables weren't bolted down. Our large family had to sit at 4 different tables. We couldn't put any together from the meal. I live in Maryland and the pizza here just...
