Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Union

Update: Went back May 30th at 11pm. Ordered online for pick up. I got a decent deal. A large 3 topping pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms with fettuccine white sauce instead of pizza sauce, and parmesan bites. Then total was $16 and some change. I went to Pizza Hut last night and spent the exact amount, give or take a dime. I also got the exact same pizza. Except I didn't receive any Bread Sticks. Personally, I feel that Dominos not only was a lot better deal. But also the pizza was better. I would recommend going here often and make sure you go on their website to check for their good deals. Friday, February 16 I ordered their 3 topping pizza special. Sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza. It's been awhile since I've ordered Dominoes Pizza, like 3 or 4 years. I have no complaint what so ever about the pizza. It was awesome. What ruined this whole experience was the employees that where working here tonight. There was no greeting, no thank you, zero correspondence. As a assistant general manager at Menards, I know how important it is to be cordial with customers. Customers are why we have a job. Not even acknowledging a customer, in my eyes, is the worst customer service you can give. This is why I'm disappointed in this...

I placed an order for 2 Italian sandwiches on 4/20/21 at about 5:50 pm, and at 6:36 pm I called Dominos to find out where my food was, someone answered the phone and I ask him about the food and at first he could not even tell me if the Sandwiches had even been made. He finally cMe back on the phone said they were made and going out the door as we spoke, (I live about 7 minutes from Dominos). At 6:55 I called back and they told me that the sandwiches were on their way, I told him it had already been an hour and I had to eat already because I am a type 1 Diabetic and should had eaten by 6:30. Then at 7:10 the driver brought the sandwiches and said they were very busy and there was nothing he could do about it, ask me if I wanted the order and I said I would not pay for it and he told me he could not authorize giving it to me, if I wanted it I had to pay for it, I told him to just cancel it. What bothers me is I ordered it had the money to pay and tip money but because they made the mistake I still had to pay for it. It's not my fault...

I ordered this pizza in Missouri for years ,and if you have a "family budget.l can't truly comment on anything else inside,due to l usually get delivery.l have either way.lts also,for the budget minded for ,whatever personal reasoning,everyone can truly afford this Missouri,Illinois,KS. pizza chain,thin,medium,thick,and now cheesy crust.or Order in,they bring it thru door dash(used to have own delivery) check it out if you havent,(lts a "must have in St.Louis") allthough there are great eateries and great pizza too,on the River front in Old St.Charles.Its old cobblestone brick from the early begginnings of that River Fur trading town. their on the streets, are old store front's selling antiquies,oddities,much more,by the Missouri river,and many restaurants, ect.. there.Check it all out.Phillies in Marthasville,great service,family owned,very nice family,and the best pizza near hear.
