Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Union

Couple of months ago we got half cooked provel bites. Since imos WAS our favorite place. The next time we were in I asked that they fry the bites just a little more since the time before they were soggy. Well they showed me. They fried them til there was no cheese left. I called to speak to the manager they d idnt answer the phone. So I called early the next day. They blamed me for not calling the day before which I told them I did but no one answered the phone. He told me that was not possible. Ok fine I just won't eat here any more. Ok 3 months goes by so my husband decides to give them another try. Well that was our mistake... this time all we got were salads and after my husband asking for 2 dressings per salad, and it's on the receipt, we get none... damn they can't even get a salad right. So I will tell EVERYONE I know... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE UNION IMOS, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT...

Who doesn't love Imos, but unfortunately we can't afford it but once in a blue moon. So when you ask for it pulled early (I've found the past 2 times, the cheese on top is more brown than that lightly brown, creamy provolone, that you look forward to) I was told ask them to pull it early to help prevent the dark cheese and crispy edges. We had the chance recently to be able to get Imos, so ordered our pizza's and asked them to pull early. Got home NOPE, both were brown n crispy edges hard to crunch the crust, n browned cheese called complained nicely were given future replacement pizza. So ordered replacement told them why replacement. Well, the one was fine the other was just like the last pizza brown crispy just yuck. Got a pizza craving on a Saturday night around 10pm. Was pleased to find out they were open till midnight on the weekends. Ordered a sausage, pepperoni, mushroom Pizza, and a half chef salad for pickup. Girl on the phone said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. Jumped in my truck was there in 15 minutes, Pizza was ready, hot and delicious as always. Love Imos!! You'll never go wrong ordering from here. I highly recommend eating from here. Awesome as usual. Imos is a little pricey but not too bad with a coupon. I ordered a 12" 2 topping pizza with tax was $13 and some change. I ordered it over the phone because I couldn't enter the coupon code through their online app. That's the only complaint that I have. They said it would be done in 15 minutes and it was.
