Shadiest most expensive sandwich shop I've ever been to. Ordered a $16.95 sub😱Asked to replace turkey instead of capicola young man at register said okay then when I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged an extra $3.18 for 3 paper thin slices of turkey. When I called to ask why they said they had to charge for the extra meat... I replied it's not extra meat I replaced one meat for another he stated that they have no way to change it in the computer. I replied maybe you should let the customer know next time instead of trying to sneak that extra $3 in on an already overpriced $17 sub this is the third and final time I will ever go to that Jimmy John's I usually give them a shot once a year to see if anything has changed and not to my surprise it has not the only thing that has changed are higher prices. less product and 50/50 customer service at best. To make that worse the music is played too loud and the employees are laughing and hollering and cutting up making it impossible to hear the person sitting across the table from me. Also, I saw an employee using a floor mop to wipe the sign over the table of a man who was sitting under the sign eating. So this man, with his food laying open on the table, has some kid waving a nasty mop over his head. Need I say more? This store needs to be run by adults and by people who know how and when to clean. Your food is not so great that it should be that expensive, plus eating in is unappealing. Get your act/crew together manager. The first time, they issued a subpar apology and a credit for a future order. On the second occurrence, I called them and verbally placed my order with an associate. I told them to please ensure the delivery was to the correct address this time and not the business it was erroneously delivered to prior. I confirmed the address, twice, and hoped for the best.
