A year later, and they've somehow gotten worse! This location is the epitome of chaos. Orders take forever, and now I know why—employees are glued to their digital devices instead of focusing on customers. I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order I even gave extra time for, only to watch them prioritize two cars behind me first. My drink? Dreadful. Avoid this location like the plague!

To top it off, when I ordered a white hot chocolate at the drive-thru, the barista couldn’t seem to grasp it after three repetitions, putting in a white mocha instead. A white hot chocolate is steamed milk with white mocha syrup—no espresso. It’s not that complicated.

The only saving grace was the light-eyed barista who brought me a perfectly toasted bagel. I didn’t catch her name, but thank you. I’m not holding my breath for improvement.

I work the night shift and I was so excited to find a 24 hours starbucks 10 min from where I live, I have order this type of drink in other starbucks and the way the lady made it is not like in other places, I ordered a Venti Iced Chai latte with strawberry pure cold foam, the foam is usually on top, and the flavor just hits different, this type they literally just dump a bunch of puree in the bottom of the cup and threw the chai on top and it just tasted weird. When I was placing my order the girl sounded like she didn’t want to be there, I didn’t put mind to it and still order two drinks and a brownie, spent almos $20, which I don’t mind paying as long as the drinks are done correctly, the matcha was okay but the Chai, not at all. The drive-thru is always empty, so you’d think things move quick. Four times I’ve come here and it’s always something. From frozen food that can’t be warmed to finally reaching the drive-thru window, not be acknowledged and waited for a long time because other customers’ drinks were being made…meanwhile my one item order, a sandwich, was already done and now cold because they didn’t bother to even acknowledge me to ask what my order was until I had to wave them down to get their attention. Not to mention the Starbucks app offering items for this location that are not available. At least they have made refunds easy…so far.
