Starbucks — Restaurant in Union

Update- things have truly changed with this Starbucks. Hours are inconsistent and very inconvenient. When we started in-person for the Fall ‘21 semester the hours of operation were the same as the library’s. I show up today and starting today 9/27 they will close at 4pm Monday - Friday and closed on weekend. Save your time and money, go to the Starbucks across the street. Even if your a student. It’s really annoying driving to campus, looking for parking, walking all the way there to find it closed.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. How difficult is it to get an order correct after going frequently and ordering the same thing?

Each time I go, I have at least one issue with my order. Either not having it made with almond milk, putting the wrong topping on, or just deliberately leaving out ingredients. It's like these employees do not listen. Ever. At all. I've even had them remake it, and it still comes out wrong somehow.

Currently this Starbucks is not good. Places an order at 11:45 and pickup time is 1:50pm like really. Then I realized why because out of the 5 employees only 1 is working on all orders. Rest of the employees are just standing there taking to each other for 15+ minutes.
