Spud Ranch on Wheels — Restaurant in Universal City

This was an Uber delivery, the food is around 16.50 for a huge stuffed spud, fried mushrooms were decent. I ordered the brisket spud and honestly it's below mid. Almost tastes like they used a store bought flavoring or canned chili flavoring. Honestly, It's really not that good. They should take the brisket down to a simple home cooked flavoring. With more of a brown gravy taste, some of the brisket is dried up. I added mushrooms and they're barely sauteed.. Flavor is decent. Overall, not the great. Guys need to rewrite your brisket recipe.
