Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Universal City

I had low blood sugar and stopped for a simple burrito and the girls at the window dropped the change when I handed it to her at the drive thru. Didnt say sorry. They laughed at me. I caught some of the change and was gonna pick the rest up but they still laughed in my direction. I put the change on the window and drove off because it made me upset and then drove back around to ask for a manager and they wouldn't open the window. Then I said I'll just come in and in a threatening tone the girl told me to come on in. Finally the manager came up and told me to leave. She wouldnt even speak to me. I may have been a little upset but I had the right to be. She then accused me of throwing the change at the worker and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. This was on camera. I didnt throw anything at that girl. She claimed she was training her but there is a difference between untrained and unprofessional/incompetent. This was a final straw. They always mess up my orders and I just brush it off but this was blatant disrespect. On multiple occasions they are closed way early with no indication why. If I could rate a negative number I would, I was in line and asked for a supreme gordita and was told by the guy taking the order that they don't have gorditas, then I ordered a pot pie, and again he tells me "we don't got that" so I stopped because it sounded like he was just telling me they didn't have anything I asked for. So I asked for a t6. He then tells me "do you want the gordita or what?", I was like umm yes. He says OK how many. I said 3, he says OK drive up. I told him I needed to order more and he gets mad and says what else!. I don't know what's going on at the location but that's it for me and my family. No more business for any of the locations taco bells KFC and pizza huts. I have had bad experiences here but never like this. I saw quite a few employees in there and couldn't tell all there names but the guy's name tag who took the order was alaric. He was rude and horrible, no customer service. This taco bell is also a KFC. We ordered a two pice with cold slaw for my wife mine was a three piece same. The charge was over 16.00. First this is the chicken wouldnt fill the palm off your hand and im not lying and it was old and stringy. You know the way it is when it site for a while and gets cold. It was impossible to eat. I finely got to talk to the manager and she was very very rude and it was right in frount iff a lot off customer's it was lunch time.
