Chicago Fish Chicken grill — Restaurant in University City

So I ordered my food around 1:11 pm, I arrived around 1:50pm. My order was a simple pizza puff and fries. It wasn’t done when I got there and the guy sitting at the counter charged my card knowing it wasn’t ready. He asked me if I’d wait another 10 minutes because apparently the cook forgot about it and burned it. I look at my watch and said “10 minutes really? I ordered my food 45 minutes ago.” He said “do you want something for your wait?” I said “I’ll take a regular cheesecake.” He looked at the soda box and said “you don’t want a soda?” I said “I have something to drink already.” He acted as if that was a problem and walked off towards the kitchen. The cook then comes back (from the bathroom I guess) saying he forgot about my fries but the pizza puff was done. The cook then asked if I could wait 2-3 min while he drop my fries and I again stated “He said 10 minutes. Plus I would wait but I asked for a cheesecake for the inconvenience and he (I pointed to the other guy) acted like it was a problem.” The cook then stated “I can get you a cheesecake, that’s not a problem.” I was going to wait for my food but the first guy really rubbed me the wrong way so I just got my money back and left. I do want to commend the cook for showing more compassion than the guy working up front. I ordered a 30pc online. It asked me my wing flavor, i picked honey hot. Asked me my fries option, i chose to add cheese for .99. When u got there and told the lady i ordered a 30pc online her first words were “you’re not getting fries with that order” which baffled me bc I clearly assumed I was getting fries due to it asking me if I wanted to add cheese for .99. She then tried to ask me if I wanted a side of honey hot sauce instead of the cheese. I ask her how many sauces do i get already w/ the 30pc i ordered. She said none. I asked her how that was when I ordered honey hot wings? She really tried to argue me down on me not getting my sauce AND not getting fries. Late about 1030p ordered grilled chicken sandwich and asked bout changing fries for okra asked would there be a fee she said no I said cool then totalled $14.56 🤨I inquired about the total another lady popped out of no where saying I'd have to pay full price for okra, in a dumbfounded look I said I can get 2 piece of grilled chicken, baked potato (which was SMALL AZ HELL) & a piece of garlic bread for $11.99 🤔 said ok give that she had the nerve to look upset.
