I hadn't been to CB&W in a very long time so I thought I'd order takeout of a few options to eat over the next 3 days at the time: -Chicken Tex Mex Egg Roll (3 ct) -Lobster Rangoon (3 ct) -Chicken Power Bowl -Queso and Chips -Jalapeno Cilantro Dipping Sauce -Crunchy Chicken Buffalo Chicken Wrap -Chocolate rice krispy treat My order was already ready and hot when I placed it online and walked over to pick it up. The store was very clean and organized. The queso and chips are FIRE. It's the perfect balance of runny and thick. The chips are the perfect thiness and crispness for my liking. The lobster rolls although small, were pretty good with the dipping sauce it came with. The chicken tex mex egg roll was slightly oversaturated in oil and a little burnt but definitely in the ballpark with Chili's renowned Southwestern Egg Rolls. The sauce it comes with is equally delicious! You must try dipping this in the Jalapeno Cilantro dipping sauce. You will not be disappointed! I was not impressed with the chicken power bowl. I think it had way too much corn and rice. There was a lot of beans and the chicken was dry as well. The crispy buffalo chicken wrap was very delicious but I'd skip the rice the next time :-) I wasn't a fan of the chocolate rice krispy treat. I think the marshmallow part was too synthetic tasting for me.

Love how quick and friendly they are. Not exactly a traditional diner with spacing in between. Tables are spaced off enough. I feel like the CEO going under cover boss my second day in a row eating and reviewing for quality standards. Love their assorted dips already prepacked. Also includes hummus! Very modern. Employee seems to be happy working. The joyful vibes she gives off is definitely worth coming back for; deserves a raise or promotion. The bathroom smells fresh and maintained. Thank you!!

We have been to this location several times, and the food had always been rather average. Having said that, however, our last visit to this location on 3rd March was astounding! The vegetables were fresh, portions were generous, and we got our food at our table in literally minutes! Please keep it up, it was a pleasant dining experience for us all!

A couple months ago, people working stopped taking orders if there’s nobody in line. They kinda nod and say “hey what’s up” at best, or disappear when someone walks in at worst. So I get to use the Kiosk that absolutely sucks. The touch sensitivity is terrible and I can press the same icon 15 times and it won’t work, no matter how hard, soft, long, or where I press. The icon changes shading which indicates that it knows I’m pressing on that spot. Placing a simple order for a Regular Stir Fry Bowl with Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, and Gluten Free Garlic Ginger shouldn’t take several minutes of excruciatingly pressing the screen repeatedly to get a response.

Today was the usual, only someone the staff recognized walked in and they magically sprung into action at the cash register to help them while I’m painfully struggling with a touch screen that’s worse than a knockoff Blackberry with cracked glass. While they helped the next customer in line, the kiosk froze as I was finally selecting my small fountain drink. It was locked and nothing would work… so I asked to order at the register.

I did ask the staff why they didn’t ask to take my order with nobody in line, and they responded that I “chose to use the kiosk” which honestly was a little off-putting as I never in my life would subject my worst enemy to using that dang kiosk because I don’t believe in torturing people. So to be perfectly clear there was no choosing this god awful experience. I wasn’t given another option. They didn’t even approach the counter when I stood there looking all like a typical customer…

Then my food came out. It was delicious as usual, but significantly smaller than any regular bowl I’ve ever gotten and was the size of the typical small bowl. It appears this is the new Regular size, and the Small is even smaller.

At this point I’m really taking in my experience. Not a single table is clean, food is on the floor under most. I’m forced to use inept “money saving” technology despite there being staff available who apparently know how to give great service to some customers, but not everyone always. My portion has shrunk also. I’m not seeing the same value I once saw.

For the record, I would gladly pay $11.75 or $12.00 for my bowl instead of $10.25 if it means placing my order is effortless with a human facilitating the saving of my time, a well kept dining area, and the portions I expect.

I work in this industry fully understand food cost and labor rising, but this is not the solution. Losing customers is...

Crazy Bowls & Wraps is a fantastic restaurant with amazing employees that truly go above and beyond to make every visit a memorable one. The food at this establishment is nothing short of delicious, with a wide range of options including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated team of employees.
