The açaí bowl is the best I’ve tried so far in STL (granted I’ve only been to 2 places) I really like the organic touches and local honey..I deducted stars purely off of the customer service lacking (ex. Not greeting your clients, not thanking them for coming in, being extremely unfriendly while taking the order, borderline bothered that I am there to order and also for a lack of cleanliness; I had to ask for her to change her gloves to prevent cross contamination after touching the pos screen etc. and then going back to slicing my strawberries; health code violations like that and also not having on hats or hairnets etc. so details like that matter as well; it prevents hair from being in the food and getting people sick by not changing gloves as you should, had I not been there to witness my food being made I would be eating strawberries that had now been contaminated) the actual product itself was good but I’m definitely not rushing to come back!

Poor customer service. I made an order online when I came in the lady was not doing anything distracting however she looked at me, but did not greet me or smiled at me. I walked up and told her my order and she said that it was not ready yet. When it finally was ready, she handed me the bag and that was it. Not have a good day, not a smile not anything. I felt as if as if I was a nuisance for existing as a customer. And listen I’ve worked in customer service my whole life. I understand there are bad days and sometimes it’s hard to smile, but you can always say have a nice day. It doesn’t have to be cheerful or bubbly. It’s basic customer service knowledge if you want your customers to have a good experience and want to come back then you need to have a good atmosphere and this place just does not. Such a great new spot in STL! Sooo many great options for bases, toppings, smoothies and coffee/tea! Super nutritious add ins like bee pollen, collagen, protein powders (whey and plant based available!) as well as dairy and non dairy milks etc.
