Beijing Foot Spa - NEW Management & Massage Therapist — Local services in Clayton

My husband and I have been to this massage parlor about six times over the past year, but the quality has steadily gone downhill as they’ve gotten busier. We used to value this spa for the competitive pricing and consistent services, however after our most recent visit we will never be returning.

On our most recent visit, we called ahead to confirm that two female therapists would be available, since a prior experience with a male masseuse had been uncomfortable (to no fault of the male therapist at that time). They assured us it would be no problem, but when we arrived we were told only one female therapist was available and that my husband would still be assigned a male therapist.

The massage itself was unacceptable. The male therapist—who also seemed to be the receptionist—kept leaving the room to answer the phone, then brought the phone into our massage room to continue conversations and booking customers while massaging with one hand (absurd!). My female therapist also stepped out during the session to greet customers when the front door bell sounded. Instead of a relaxing massage, we were subjected to constant interruptions, loud phone calls, and conversations from the busy front entrance right outside our room.

This level of unprofessionalism completely defeats the purpose of a massage. We used to be loyal customers, but after this experience we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place. If they were too busy to provide us with the quality services (that they used to when I visited last year), they should not have told us to come in after we specifically...

You must go here. We have had a 70 and 90 minute couples full body massage. Frontal and back. Head shoulders legs and feet, flip over and they start from top to bottom again. Absolutely amazing. I opted for the HARD version for my 90 minute and she worked out so many areas that are all connected. Once she found out where all the tense areas were especially my lower back she went and worked from feet and neck toward lower back and it was amazing. Expect somewhat of a language barrier. Make sure you call ahead as times may change or be delayed. You will get a 20 minute foot soak while they work on your head neck arms IT bands etc. You will end up on your stomach and finished with hot stones. We wear underwear and they provide a sheet to keep you covered and a towel over your eyes as they climb all over the table with fingers, knuckles, elbows, and forearms focusing on relief of tense...

Friendly staff, good price, me and the wife went in for a combo massage. It was an OK massage, not the best one I've ever had. The reason it's a 4 out of 5 stars is because the bucket they put your feet in the soap wasn't really comfortable, so you're laying there. Uncomfortably for part of the massage. Why your feet are soaking in this uncomfortably. Shaped bucket that doesn't fit your legs.. We go to different massage parlors regularly.We're always looking for new places to go, we're always trying new places.This one just didn't feel as private as some of the others that we've been to.
