Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in University City

I went to get a flock of wings dinner while in drive-thru I waited 10 minutes at the intercom while someone escorted two of the associates out the door and laughed and giggled paying no mind to the customers that were behind me who ended up leaving there had to be at least five cars leave once my order was taken I was questioned as if I should know everything on their menu I simply asked for a flock of wings half and half dinner the manager and associates were so unprofessional I understand it's a fast food restaurant but service is not a part of their repertoire, attitudes hairdos fingernails eyelashes and eating on the line was par for the course that night but I came back a week later and got the same horrible attitudes I will never go back to Lee's for anything I'm not a Lee's fan from the beginning unfortunately my mom is and that's what she wanted to eat so I went out of my way twice to accommodate my mother only to get bad food bad service and a heightened sense of awareness at how truly horrendous the fast food industry has become I understand hiring people for the last couple of years has really been a challenge but in my opinion leadership could curtail a lot of the issues, one positive was that the parking lot was not dirty, when you know better you do better that means management really...

THIEVES WHO SERVE DANGEROUS FOOD. To any emps at this unit who work honestly and hard, forgive the one star review... but: Undercooked meat was served to us. When we brought the undercooked portion back, they took it back through the drive-0thru window, and then refused to at least provide a cooked version of what we ordered!!! We paid for something that in the end they refused to give us!!! Can you believe it?!?! What a terrible precedence to establish in an already struggling industry. To any reader: Not every experience was bad... but we were served virtually raw meat here (Country-fried steak) and in the end they blatantly stole from us by refusing to provide simply what was paid for. Best as drive thru. Famous chicken has delicious crust, not very organic chicken. Sides are fantastic! I order a large coleslaw every time, and I've never before been a coleslaw fan. I think they must not use mayonnaise because their coleslaw doesn't irritate my gut as mayonnaise does. Sometimes the potatoes for the potato salad are a bit undercooked, sometimes the okry is a bit overcooked, but usually they're perfect. The biscuit that comes with the meal is like the biscuits the cafeteria ladies used to make when I was in first grade; I have only to put raw honey on them to feel 6 years old again!
