Fajita Pete's - Park Cities — Restaurant in University Park

Exceptionally disappointing service. Ordered fajitas and margaritas for 2 through Door Dash. This franchise made no effort to contact me before sending a message through Door Dash that they were "out of half gallon margaritas", so they were sending an unnecessary gallon at twice the (unapproved) price. They then failed to send the almost $60 in margaritas with the dasher. When contacted about the overcharge and failure to send drinks, the manager was passive aggressive and defensive about the store's responsibility. She repeatedly blamed Door Dash and insisted orders through 3rd parties were not her problem. In short, I spent $120 for a disappointing portion of fajitas and a verbal reprimand for failing to order directly through Fajita Pete's.

When I contacted their corporate representative, Kevin, about the fraudulent upcharge of drinks and poor customer service, he was professional and apologetic. He agreed to personally handle my next order and deliver the meal. Unfortunately, he has failed to answer his phone or texts since.

Well, we were disappointed. First time there. I called and had no answer. When I walked there, the front girl was on her cellphone. No wonder they didn't answer. I honestly was hoping for the best, but it's definitely not mexican food. Flautas with chicken and beans with rice. The chicken had no flavor, nothing close to the chicken in the tacos al carbon. The rice was just that plain rice and plain beans, nothing special at all. Chicken tacos al carbon was a weird taco because it had chicken, lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese, with the same plain rice and beans. (Husband was not impressed he gave 0 stars) Chips with white queso is watery. I was highly disappointed because I love chips and queso, but this was not it for me. I'll add some pictures. I visited this location to get a quesadilla, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The girl at the front had an attitude while taking my order, which I didn’t appreciate. When I received my food, it was placed in an unnecessarily large bag—definitely wasteful.

I politely asked for a smaller bag, but the same employee was too focused on watching TikToks on her phone to properly assist me. Instead, she interrupted me, saying, "I will throw it away for you." Confused, I repeated my request, only for her to respond, "I just told you I'll throw it away." I clarified again that I simply needed a smaller bag, and she claimed they didn’t have any—despite me seeing them right on the counter.

This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses these customer...
