Specifically about the grooming habits of the employees!
One woman in particular had fingernails that were so long, they ended up getting all over our frys! She even picked a fry up off our tray and threw it into our fry-bag! EW!!!
AND her nails were overly decorated with bobbles and stones and things that dangled into the food. Very unbecoming!
Her makeup was quite frightening! We felt as though the paste she had plastered all over her face and eyes might just fall off onto our food!!!
Her fake eyelashes were absurdly long. Oh my! They were longer than 'her hair was big and overly woven'!!!!! .....hair net needed with that much hair.
The amount of jewelry worn by most of the employees, rediculous!
How these employees skipped past the dress code and proper grooming etiquette class.... who knows!
Managers! Take care to observe your employees grooming habits.
Last negative. I felt when walking up to the counter, I was interrupting their very personal conversation.
Having covered all areas that made us want to turn around and run away from this McDonald's, they did have a positive!!!!
All the employees were extremely curteous, nice, and pleasant while interacting with us! Their attitudes were refreshing compared to other McDonald's in LA and SB.
Employee pride in appearance should equal your pride in curteous service. Halt the personal chatter and clean up the appearance issues. This defiantly could be a top...
Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous. Please read this, I know it’s a lot. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, unless it’s to warn people. This isn’t a bad review, it’s the truth, my observation and experience from eating at this location a couple times. There’s about 6-10 McDonalds employees on average, inside in the morning, and yet they completely struggle to push out a deluxe breakfast and bacon egg biscuit taking well over 30 minutes. Mind you it’s a week day and people have to be at work. Just completely inconsiderate to the customers time. Unfortunately The management at this location is crumbling, the majority of the employees they chose are lackluster and don’t care to work. 40 min for a McDonalds breakfast is testament to their performance. At most 12 customers in total were also waiting very very long. The way the food was cooked and prepared was atrociously horrendous. The Eggs were drenched in excess liquid, bacon egg biscuit sandwich crumbled to peaces, also wet, and only given one bacon on my sandwich. Actually I was only given one bacon in my deluxe breakfast platter, as well. Which for the deluxe platter I’m not certain if every location provides two or not for that specific dish...
