I was down here over an hour from home working, passed it every morning. Friday we had a break in between concrete and said to the guys there are a couple close but this one had awesome reviews on the pizza. So we went. WOW, best pizza I had in a long time. As good if not better than the good places in NY. I am so upset. I keep finding these little gems over an hour from home on the turnpike. Wish we had good pizza where I lived. But anyway folks just so you aren't disappointed by my review. It's a thin pizza, crispy on the bottom, and chewy the rest. Some people like thick dough like sicilian. I don't, I like thin crust. But like I said if you like what I described you won't be dissappointed at all. Now, didn't try any sandwiches so idk. But the pizza is out of this world. Thank you Mr. Rosario. I haven't met you but if that's your veteran pic on the wall with all those decorations and I believe an officer, can't tell your different service than me. But Thank you for your service and people reading this support our vets. This one you will thank me for...God Damn...
Read moreI went to Rosario’s on 27 October 2018 at around 2030 after my brother and sister in law bet me $100 to eat a slice. They have been telling me for months how terrible the pizza was there and I found it hard to believe that any pizza could be bad. I got my slice brought it home and the pizza actually looked good. At this point I was confident that they would lose their money. I took my my first bite and couldn’t get a good taste of it. Took the second bite and I had somewhat of an idea. After the third bite, I couldn’t go any further. The pizza was horrible. The pizza was extremely thin and greasy. I could almost see through the dough on the other side. It was so greasy that the entire dough was drenched in grease. Mind you, this was just a plain slice. It felt like I was chewing on a wet blanket. The dough had an odd taste to it. Seems like the oven wasn’t clean and the dough tasted it like it. I ended up throwing out the pizza. The first time in my life, that I threw out pizza. It was horrible. If you’re in the mood for some crappy pizza, make sure...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would! My parents and I wanted a pizza the night we moved my furniture into a new apartment, and Rosario's happens to be right down the street. We originally wanted it delivered, but the lady informed us that the "pizza is so good, customers drive especially to Rosario's for it" and they don't offer delivery. That's fine, it's right down the road. Needless to say, however, our hopes were a bit raised. Even if my expectations were at nothing, I would STILL be disappointed. Rosario's was literally the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The bread was soft and soggy and had a nasty taste that overwhelmed the pizza. The cheese was poor quality, as were the canned, non-fresh ingredients. I would rather drive a mile down the road to get Domino's, which isn't great pizza either. I'm not sure what the customers who drive out of their way are tasting, but obviously Oreland needs to get its pizza act together. We're from Michigan, so we're not exactly known for pizza, but at least we don't offer any that tastes as bad...
