Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Gwynedd Township

My go-to Wawa for the Montgomery area but at times I need to fill up, the gas station is always busy with people driving around trying to find open stalls making driving around the lot a chore.

Why? People who finished pumping their gas just left their car parked at a stall to grab something from inside instead of parking right next to the building. Then of course; you got someone else who needs to use the restroom and just parked in a open stall but it would've been easier and faster to just park next to the building also.

But I understand that Wawa can't control their customer's action is the reason why it maintained a five star

On to the store, they carry pretty much the essentials for long distance road travel as you expected at a higher price but their coffee and food is a separate story it self. Their coffee are great with a good selection of creamer and milk to add to your coffee. Their food are terrific if you just want to straight up wanna eat something with the ingredients you love and Wawa does that perfectly. And I don't know if this Wawa serves them or not but their baked goods (ordered on POS) passed with flying colors but I still would go to Giants to get the same baked goods at lower price but if freshness is your concern...

I love the staff at the register always so kind and helpful but I go for breakfast and every time it's something wrong. One day I was waiting an hour for the items to be placed onto the touch screens after I was told 10-15mins and I'm patient that's fine but the stares and attitude I got for waiting from employee was very uncomfortable and no one asked what I was waiting for. I left feeling really self conscious. I came back next day give it another shot ,got breakfast my food was burnt and melted with the paper I couldn't eat it all had to trash it. Decided to go again because mistakes happen and people have bad days but then today's was super burt and there was only 1 or 2 other orders. And I just don't understand what I did I feel like maybe they just dont like me ,I try and be super friendly and don't complain or ask for special items and I get attitude and my order always left or burt. It's hard to not want to go back when I love most the staff here 😕 photos of today's and lasts weeks order. Note: it's only breakfast time...

I used UberEats because I was given a gift card and whatever... it had to be used. The only issue was that through the Uber App, they don't actually give you access to everything that the store(s) offer. I had really had a hankering for for a turkey bowl with just turkey, mashed potato, stuffing and gravy. Nothing else. Via the app, that is impossible. I called the store, spoke with Andrew (I really hope I got your name correct!!!) Who on 11/5/2020 (late evening), made sure that my order was taken care of. The next time I go by this store I will be bringing him a gift because it is hard to find people that not just say but do what say. Thank you again. It's such a tiny detail but screw Uber Eats and this Wawa has very good employees. When I was on the phone I could even hear them speaking about their cleanliness and conduct in the back, which made me feel better. Thanks...
