Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

I ordered my drink & food through the app, setting my order to delivery (due to working from home). I went through filling out my address & putting in my card for payment. I put in my order & it stated that it was for delivery & showed that Grubhub was delivering it, showing the ETA between 4:19pm-4:45pm. Around 4:18 I checked the app & it stated that my order was picked up. Later it stated that my driver was approaching, moments later around 4:41PM. Then the delivery bar at the bottom of the app disappeared. I looked outside to see if my items were outside and nothing was outside. Moments later I called the store at 4:45PM, I dislike calling stores because I have a Speech Impediment so it is hard for those who don't know to understand me. A man answered, I tried explaining that my order did not come & he immediately stated that I didn't select delivery & they didn't have my order. I tried to explain that I did select delivery & how the app stated that the Grubhub driver was in route. He cut me off, at first he said they didn't have my order again & kept telling me that I selected the wrong option. I then asked him, "Did you make my order" he said "Yes, it's right here you have to come get it". Unable to leave due to work. I let him know I will just have to send an email to get my money back & notify my bank. If I didn't see that the Grubhub person picked up the order & was in route to my house, I would have thought it was a simple mistake. But for the worker to be rude, ablist, & lie so boldly telling me they didn't have my order, then admitting that my order was made really has me concerned about what is going on in that location. Seems like this location is scamming customers & Grubhub. I'm going to contact Grubhub to get the name of the delivery driver & take this issue further.

This place is FREAKING awesomesauce!! I love the strawberry lemonade large 1 wow boba topping so MUCH!!! The service is exuberant and the workers shine so much just like the rainbow after the rain. My favorite drinks are the strawberry lemonade which shimmers with the pure redness and its so vibrant unlike that nasty gloomy filthy dark grapefruit green tea like oh my god who even likes that?? You have to be mentally and psychologically insane!!! The food here is absolutely glistening with it’s crispiness. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms!! They are spotless and shine so ever brightly. I would of rated this place’s service a 5/5 but unless I get the 5’ 6.75” asian male that works primarily on Wednesday’s number then it will be a 4/5 until I get it!!! P.S. do not come in last second when they are closing or the workers will chase you out with their dazzling beauty and 10/10 customer service, the manager is a soaring dragon in disguise, he can bench 135 like 100 times and has arms the size of a truck do not...

I love Kung Fu Tea. The service here is always great, and the drinks are super tasty. There is a large selection to choose from on their menu, so there is definitely something for everyone, and their rewards program sends out discounts all the time for free toppings or BOGO deals. There is a self-checkout option that takes card, or an order station for cash and card. I like placing mobile orders ahead, and they're always ready right away. There is so much seating inside, and so much to try. They even serve food which I need to try next time I visit. They make it super easy to customize the sweetness levels, but they make most of their milk teas with real fruit or fruit pure, from what I've seen, so the extra sweetener often isn't even necessary.
